Start with the full service address
Mottingham and Eltham is the locality context for this guide. SE9 is a postcode district reference, not a service boundary. Give the complete property postcode so we can check the address and requested work.

Tell us about the floor, stairs, parking restrictions and any fitted furniture around the appliance. An upstairs washer, a high-level oven and an under-sink disposal present different access questions. Leave heavy equipment in place.
