Prepare the actual model, observed fault and full service postcode. Explain whether the appliance is fitted, its floor level, any stairs and parking restrictions.
What is confirmed directly
Engineer visits are Monday to Thursday, subject to appointment availability. Charges, the requested work, full-address coverage and any parts requirement are discussed individually. No same-day or first-visit repair promise is made.
Leave the appliance in place
Clear ordinary access where safe, but do not disconnect services or remove fitted equipment for us. Make pets and children safe away from the working area.
