What has changed?
CDA washer-dryer enquiries begin with observations from ordinary use. Use the guide matching what happened; these are general explanations, not manufacturer error-code tables.
Identify this CDA appliance
Record the complete model at the accessible door frame. Tell us it is one combined appliance, rather than a separate washing machine and dryer.
The badge covers more than one product family. Identify the particular appliance from its complete rating plate; matching names or styling do not establish parts compatibility.
Copy the complete printed identifier, including suffixes, into your notes. CDA styling, an approximate age or a retailer receipt alone may not identify the replacement part.
Access and fitting
Drying capacity can differ from washing capacity. Identify the drying selection and load separately from the wash.
Tell us if the washer-dryer is inside a cupboard, raised above floor level or difficult to reach. Leave it in place. Access requirements, parts and the appropriate work are assessed individually.
What can be discussed?
Repair enquiries relate to the actual installed washer-dryer, not every product ever sold under the CDA name. No stock, manufacturer authorisation or current product range is implied.
We do not offer gas conversions, new installations, AGA repairs, American-style or side-by-side refrigeration, compressor replacement, regassing or other sealed refrigerant work.
Your repair notes
This notepad stays in this page. Copy it before opening the secure booking service; notes are not sent automatically.
