What has changed?
New World extractor hood enquiries begin with observations from ordinary use. Use the guide matching what happened; these are general explanations, not manufacturer error-code tables.
Identify this New World appliance
Look for a label only where visible during normal filter access. Leave wiring and covers undisturbed.
This may be an older installed appliance. Keep every number on its plate and any original paperwork. Enquiry guidance does not confirm current production or available spare parts.
Copy the complete printed identifier, including suffixes, into your notes. New World styling, an approximate age or a retailer receipt alone may not identify the replacement part.
Access and fitting
State whether the hood ducts outdoors or recirculates through filters if known. Mention its height and safe access.
Tell us if the extractor hood is inside a cupboard, raised above floor level or difficult to reach. Leave it in place. Access requirements, parts and the appropriate work are assessed individually.
What can be discussed?
Repair enquiries relate to the actual installed extractor hood, not every product ever sold under the New World name. No stock, manufacturer authorisation or current product range is implied.
We do not offer gas conversions, new installations, AGA repairs, American-style or side-by-side refrigeration, compressor replacement, regassing or other sealed refrigerant work.
