What has changed?
Haier hob enquiries begin with observations from ordinary use. Use the guide matching what happened; these are general explanations, not manufacturer error-code tables.
Identify this Haier appliance
Use the model from an existing manual or an accessible label. Do not lift a fitted hob or reach under electrical connections.
The badge covers more than one product family. Identify the particular appliance from its complete rating plate; matching names or styling do not establish parts compatibility.
Copy the complete printed identifier, including suffixes, into your notes. Haier styling, an approximate age or a retailer receipt alone may not identify the replacement part.
Access and fitting
Identify electric, ceramic, induction or gas. A ceramic glass surface alone does not establish the heating technology.
Tell us if the hob is inside a cupboard, raised above floor level or difficult to reach. Leave it in place. Access requirements, parts and the appropriate work are assessed individually.
What can be discussed?
Repair enquiries relate to the actual installed hob, not every product ever sold under the Haier name. No stock, manufacturer authorisation or current product range is implied.
We do not offer gas conversions, new installations, AGA repairs, American-style or side-by-side refrigeration, compressor replacement, regassing or other sealed refrigerant work.
Your repair notes
This notepad stays in this page. Copy it before opening the secure booking service; notes are not sent automatically.
